The Mirror
You'll arrive convinced you need to become more. You'll leave realizing you've been standing on more than you ever gave yourself credit for.
This is where you finally see it. Your story and your lived experience, including the chapters you buried as irrelevant that are actually the whole reason people trust you. Your point of view, the one you assume is obvious and almost no one else holds. Your presence, the way people feel in a room with you, which is information you've never once read. Your results, the ones you've quietly downgraded to "just my job." The rooms and relationships already around you. And your intellectual property: the frameworks, the way you solve the problem, the thinking you've made so automatic you forgot it's rare, the work you've been giving away in meetings and quick calls without ever treating it as something you own.
What shifts
you finally see what you're holding, and you stop downgrading it to "just my job."
